This isn't one of ours, but we are glad to help!
This months "What is it?"! was submitted to us by Lyn Bebee.
She purchased this at a sale of vintage items, but after getting it home and inspecting it, she didn't know what it was. So she reached out to her Facebook friends, and they didn't know either.
So now she's turning to us and our network of "thing identifiers" to find the answer.
We're hopeful someone will be able to figure this one out for her!
