My mom Carol (Matthews) Myers who grew up in East Aurora, NY was one of 9
kids. During the summer she would make us what she called "Finger Potatoes"
which we would of course eat with our fingers. -Submitted by Thomas Myers




Preheat oven to 400. Rub butter on baking sheet with small sides. Then salt
and pepper the Pan!

Take medium red potatoes (others work as well) and
wash, then slice in half lengthwise (if possible so you have two thin halves).

Dry the cut side with paper towel, then butter each side and place butter side down
on salted pan.

Cook for 45 min until golden brown. Take out and serve.
Covered they stay hot for a long time.


Less is more.
